Yup, he's sure about that. He runs scans for us all the time. The one who got approved might not be a member of VJ or hasn't updated their timeline yet. The iOs app lets you scan case numbers other than your own :)

What's the app that let you do that?

Oh, this is from the iOS app? No wonder, I couldn't find the entry here in the VJ forum. Thanks

Woah nelly I can't handle alcohol. I went out with a girlfriend last week for 1 margarita and I had to go to the grocery store after. I thought I was going to die. I even woke up in the night like damn! That's my old age showing waahaahaa

Hi All!  Just thought I'd add my case to those of us waiting.  We filed May 13 and received NOA1 May 18th.  We're definitely going stir-crazy here waiting.  I've basically watched all of Netflix to pass the time.

In other news has anybody else been following the processing times at the CSC on their website.  It listed they were on February, and they recently updated backwards to January.  What's that about?

Gosh darn it I know! But I've been living  this lifestyle for 3 years now so I'm in the home stretch anyhoo. It'll happen when it's going to and all we can do is just wait until it does

Ughh guys.. the waiting is killing me.

It makes us nervous and me and fiancee are arguing more often now :( probably cause we miss each other so much and we're getting so stressed out with this process!

im on day 79, my estimated noa2 was aug 7 like a few weeks ago, now its sept 7 :(

Poor thing!  It is tough, and I can definitely understand feeling stressed and angry through this process.  I think the important thing to remember is that you're angry with the situation - not each other - and you're both on the same team.  You're engaged for a reason! :D

From the expected dates many are listing in September, how long is the rest of the process until the beneficiary can enter the country on the K1? Estimates are fine. Just trying to get an idea. I'm thinking we'll need to plan for our backup date of 4/28/2018 instead of trying to squeeze it in for winter this year (bc outdoor wedding).

As to what I'm doing... as the bride in the States, where he is moving, I am wedding planning and MOVING. I was planning to stay put during the process BUT a house came up that's twice the square footage for the same price, in a great location in the same

town, so. I just put together all the wedding things and it's already a lot...

Our Aussie engagement session canvas is at the bottom left

Congrats on the new house! Definitely exciting times. I think a lot depends on your embassy. Has anyone tried reaching out to their embassy and ask how long they usually take before issuing the interview?

I think I'm lucky, since Iceland is a part of the visa waiver program the US Embassy here is mostly busy with immigration visas. I think they process them pretty quickly, not many people live here :P

Wow, you already called them and they gave you status? Awesome. I can't believe they have already completed background checks on June case; if so, I don't know why it takes more than 3 months to approve...
