600 total left to do? You say 80 received and 170 RFE's, and what is the remaining 350?

Also, are you able to see how busy they were in last couple of weeks doing April? Meaning how many cases they have worked on since beginning of October, wether they are approvls RFE's or anything else, just dated as action taken in last 2-3 weeks?

Thanks again for enlightening us @Naes  !

Ok sorry I wrote it all mixed up. To tell the truth my fiancé is in hospital for days and this is my distraction 😊

Now tomorrow we will be able to check everything. However at this time I found 600 cases of total in the last 10000 of April. Mostly approved etc. in that 600 cases 80 is still looks as case received. And 170 is rfe (sent I think) so they're not approved yet. Now I'm sure there is at least 4000 cases in total and we will finish scanning them all tomorrow so we can see how many actually were worked on in October. But yes I saw some October approvals, sorry I can't remember the number exactly at the moment.

My hopes are broken </3

btw Im making my fiancé check the mail everyday. He must think I'm crazy with this sh*t XD

I do the same thing! I text him everyday to ask if there's any mail.  He thinks it's funny cause he'd obviously tell me right away.  I'm just so anxious about it hahaa

I also check the case tracker app a few times a day and check out the VJ website during my breaks, lunch and before I go to sleep!

I can't believe we're at the 160 day mark already

I know right? I'm expecting 180 days or so, they're just too slow. Can't believe they touch around 30 cases per day.

I think the easiest way to reach a tier 2 is to say you received a texted saying your case was approved but when you check online, it still shows “case received”. Trying that with the tier 2 unfortunately got me nowhere as I don’t think my case is approved yet. I’m a may 8th receive date. There’s definitely a disconnect from the call center to the California center. The tier 2 said that if the California center sent out the text there’s a good possibility that it’s been approved and I should wait for the letter in the mail. I asked if there’s no time I can call back before I receive the letter, she said I can call back on Monday. Even though there was no text, there’s a chance that you can be approved and find out before any level of the call center finds out. Also, with this method I didn’t feel like I was a bother to their day. I wouldn’t say they were eager to completely help me and figure out why it happened but they didn’t just blow me off with the usually “we’re processing April”.

So, once you done with your April/May/June scans, @Shoegum and @Naes , someone in the June filers forum wrote something about them receiving twice as many applications in May as they did for June. Is that consistent with your data?
