This is what people are frustrated. Congratulations to those who are approve! But the thing is why is it that they don't do it accordingly? They should know the feeling that other people are also waiting why is it they jump from case to case?

They could easily fix the problem with automation and have all the documents scanned to their system then have it so oldest case in inventory comes up on their screen to work first

Say they have 40 people working these cases. They simply walk to a shelf grab a box and take it back to their desk in the office or at home.

So now you have 40 people each with a box of cases. They work at different rates of speed plus one box may have only say five I-129F case and the other 15 cases are  I-130 or whatever.

The other guy has 20 cases in his box and 19 are I-129F. They work more than one type of case and not at same rate that is why it is not in order.

In the past it only took 30-60 days so the wait wasn't too long but not it has gotten out of hand.

Steven

Can i (petitioner) pay this on-line for fiance, and email her the receipt?

Or

Any BPI branch, and she gets paper receipt?

Thanks

Hi sadly it can't be paid on line from USA.

She has to do it in person and BPI will give her a paper receipt with a number on it.

First she has to generate and print out a deposit slip here and the slip expires after 5 days or so .

In other words have her print it out when she is ready to make the deposit and not a week later for example.

Sample below.

Actual deposit slip generator below:

Click $265K

Hope this helps

note to others: this is for Philippines ONLY.

I doubt it. My received date is May 11, NOA-1 is May 15. I am not even sure if we will know anything by the end of next week. Just losing hope...

I don't think so. For me it took three days from email notice to the get the hardcopy in the mail. It may be beneficial to look through your original application and identify what the RFE could possibly be for. I did this so I actually had everything prepared and sent the RFE off the same day. It was received by USCIS the following day. In total, the RFE delayed me by 15 days (I got the email notice September 25th and received NOA2 October 10th). I hope it is an easy fix! Let me know if you have any questions!

Thank you.

Did you send the RFE by regular mail and did your evidence fit into a normal envelope?
