My wac is 327977.  from Shoegums scans, we are roughly 912 applications away from where USCIS is processing today. at an average of 25 approvals per day, thats puts us at another 36 days...

But if USCIS starts spitting out 135 approvals per day like last tuesday, that would put us within range in just 6 days.

 this wait is brutal.

Brutal, not kidding! Having a very bad day today!

Our wac is 326724, that should mean we are 1253 cases before you (if they were following the order). That means we should have been approved already, but we are not... so I believe there is really no rules on this!

Sometimes I think it's first step to cut people out, since if you are not very convinced you wouldn't do all this to get married to the wrong person or to a person you don't know that well.

I have to add 2 years of waiting apart from my boyfriend, before these 159 days (because of other matters)...so i'm just so tired and I wasn't prepared for such a long extra wait...I'll go crazy when I'll get approved :D

***Waiting for interview***

Hi everyone! I am so happy to have been able to hear a lot of stories from a lot of people/couples from around the globe. But I guess i am not pursuing my application anymore. We are 147 days now waiting for the NOA2. It seems that my fiance is always jealous whenever he sees my comments on facebook. Commenting on my friends’ posts, throwing jokes on my friends (u know flirtatious jokes but u know it wouldnt happen cause they are your friends)

goodluck everyone! I am a bit sad because of this. But I really dont like the way my fiance is treating me. He is causing me emotional distress. Sorry for venting out. I think I just need to express what I have inside. God bless everyone. Anyone who’s open to talk to? Hit me up via whatsapp. +32465715520

Hi! The process is so stressful, its not a problems guys argue ,but it's still find a way to solve evrything,if you guys still love each other ,try to talk and solve rvrything, don't take any emotional decision, the whole process is so tressful, I think it's just a obstacle step, take your time think good, and give him or her time to think , you guys come so far to get where you at now, he is jealous for Facebook comment good ,give a Facebook a break, cuz if you are far to him or her it's will be difficult to explain, but when you guys together the conversation is more understanding. Hehe sorry for my bad English,I'm trying the way I can to explain you, I'm in same sex couple, just me not easy ,we argue alot ,but 2 minutes after we both can't wait to says we are sorry . Its so depressive situation ,try to fix it

Day 168. My fiancé did the same thing. We are both on edge watching all the cases around us get touched. I contacted the USCIS ombudsman and will let you know what results I get. I wish you guys good luck this week @Julie and Kerren.

Thank you @dnavinnie!  I appreciate that.  Last night was probably the hardest night for me emotionally, seeing all these numbers pass ours (we are at Day 168 also), I do not share that part with my fiancé, as she is under enough stress with waiting and prepping with 2 boys as well, it's a lot to plan for and we cannot until we hear something.  Trying to keep positive.  I did call USCIS, gentleman was very nice but wouldn't transfer me to Tier 2, but said they are on Apr 1 cases, I told him I realize what the site says, but with my other resources I am seeing cases way after ours getting approved so it has me concerned.  He said, they are still processing cases and until they approve it or need something from you, that is all I can say.  So I will be curious to see what they say when they call you back.  I hope you have better luck.  Trying to be the positive one and not let it spill over to my fiancé, she has enough on her plate, this forum has been a Godsend for me and us. I am also putting in a request for help with our State Senator, will be emailing the papers today and faxing them.   Thanks again, @dnavinnie and I wish you both luck this week as well! :D

I'm worried about something now..going through these scans i found many may 22nd noa1 that says case rejected cause form is no longer in use(something like that) but mine zays case received..I'm confused,is it cause of I-129f form? We used old one, but it was still valid then, and if it wasnt shouldn't our case say rejected too or?

Don't worry those were rejected at the lockbox, since you have your NOA1 and its says received you are fine.

I couldn't agree with you more...I don't know what I would do without the support and help from the VJ community.

Here is the response from the USCIS Ombudsman:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for contacting the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman (Ombudsman’s Office).

You may submit a case problem online through Form DHS-7001 to the Ombudsman’s Office.  If you currently have a case pending with the Ombudsman’s Office and have already submitted your case online, you will receive a separate email acknowledging your case submission and addressing your question. If you have not submitted a Form DHS-7001, Case Assistance Form, or you have not submitted your case online, we will not respond to this email.  Please see our website for additional information about your case submission.

Please note the Ombudsman’s Office is independent of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).  Our statutory mission is to assist individuals and employers who experience problems when filing applications or petitions with USCIS.  If you have a legal question, you should seek an experienced immigration legal service provider.  Please see below for a list of Frequently Asked Questions, including information about U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and the U.S. Department of State.
