I'm a May filer too, with an NOA1 date of May 9, 2017.  I've been very worried because it seems that some couples are already receiving NOA2 by now, but there's no update for me since May 11.  I called USCIS and they just told me to keep waiting.  Just hope to hear some news soon.  Kind of sad since it will probably be impossible for my fiancé to come back here by Thanksgiving (I bought a 25 lb turkey.  :P ) Had no idea this process was going to take so long!!!

Hang in there, 2 May filer here, 165 days. They are on 1 May cases, but they are all over the place too.  No one can figure out their rational.  Hang in there and keep the faith.

wait, i did not send it either because people said is not necessary anymore.

more stress for me now

Don't worry - it depends which version of the I129F form you sent - there is an older and newer version. You probably sent the newer version of the I129F which doesn't require the G325a forms

15 entries found!

Okay, the third one down....C and S have a NOA1 date of 6/1/17 and NOA@ of 10/14/17...is this an entry error by the couple? This is from Igor's list for those who know....it can be found on this site under processing times.....if it is true, I am truly confused...I mean more confused than before...Congrats to them, but I have no idea how the approval process works. I think it must have something to do with background checks and how fast a case clears...it is all I can think of.

PS: On their timeline, they have approval after 135 days....we are May 15 filers and we are happy to wait our "turn" ...but what the heck?

Us too, but I will next week if nothing.  No idea how quick Congress works for us  either, hoping for something this week.

I talked with assistant for my congressman.  She said they have 30 days to respond to their inquiry!  🤣🤣🤣 That's just crazy.  Wish I had 30 days to respond in my job.

I saw them up there on Friday already, so it's probably just an error......

Usually expedited cases are approved faster than that....but who knows? Being a May 15 filer, we are hoping for this coming week but more likely the week after...however, with our luck, we will get NOA2 next year :(

Hi does anyone know exactly how much info is needed in terms of txts/phonecalls/wats app messages for interview? It’s just that I’m prepping all my info and if I was to print everything off I’d be printing tonnes of paper🙈

Hello and welcome to the forum!!

My take - I wouldn't worry too much about printing reams of info for the interview. if anything, I believe the majority of checking is done between the NOA1 and pre-issue of NOA2, which is why we have to submit evidence at the application stage. The additional evidence bit is a little fast and loose of the exact requirement - how much should I add? what if I didn't include this? - it just comes down more often than not, to the case reviewers' judgement and experience. So we are absolutely in the lap of the gods!!

If it helps, I found this link of some VJ poster experiences and reviews of the Dublin embassy and interview process:

http://www.visajourney.com/reviews/index.php?cnty=Ireland

Although, I am like you! I had a shoe box full of random stuff from when we went to sporting events together, a beyonce concert, old wrist bands from gigs and tickets from our travels - absolutely sentimental hoarding and am totes ready to bring my box to London with me, but looking at the questions and process I think I will leave my box at home :)))))

Hope this helps you out :)

Ye great thanks Hun, that’s a little clearer now you say it about the initial evidence we had already submitted. 😃
