Hi! I know being optimistic is definitely a huge part of this process! I haven’t seen my fiancé since 30th dec!!! My fiancé got sent back too back in July 2015. Of course been travelling back and forth from then until last Dec. I went to go over for 3 months because I took a year off from my job and had booked return flights an all, but they refused me entry at Dublin Airport. Saying I have to wait until my K1 visa is approved! My fiancé only has limited holidays at 2 weeks a year and I wanted him to keep them until I’m ready so we can leave Ireland together. So I’m still keeping the faith!! I’m so happy I’ve found this forum😁

Tracker saying around 24th October we should get our NOA2... anyone know how realistic this is?

Which tracker are you using?

 

recent trends from the past few months show NOA2 between 150 to 180 days without an RFE.

You can call NVC and ask for the case number after about a week from your NOA2

Software engineer and may 15 NOA1 petitioner checking in. @Shoegum, when your time comes and you don't have a reason to be active anymore, if no one else has taken over your scans, I wouldn't be opposed to buying some windows web space and modifying your script to do automated data dumps every few hours or so. Up to you, if someone else has already offered to take over the reigns, give them preference.

Its a nodejs script so its certainly do able without much change. Two things will make it bit challenging although doable, scanning ranges for every month is done by scanning over 100,000 cases to filter those down to the month and visa type you wanting to scan for.  Also you can only query the server between 4800 to 5000 within 24 to 48 hours without getting a ban for 24 to 72hours. Web server would also need rotating IP's or proxies. I believe Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure you can get multiple IPs, either way if you want to make all of this automated would be amazing and i can send you the script if you think you can do the above.

Ran a scan still nothing new updated just the 8 RFE's from earlier. Most likely cases are aproved their servers just not updated yet most likely later tonight.
