I did call them last week, even spoke to Tier 2 and he stated they are on March cases, which we all know is not correct.  It is what the USCIS site says, but our lawyer says not to bank on that site.  He, USCIS, stated if nothing in 2 months call back.  I will call if nothing this week, but literally going nuts seeing cases all over the place, not sure the rational for it, but that is the government.  Happy for you and yours!!

I’m sorry for how unhelpful Tier 2 was. Let’s hope they approve the same number of cases everyday this week and all May filers get approved by the end of the week!! That way you don’t have to call them at all.

I was dreading having my fiancé call them because I knew we most likely wouldn’t be happy with their reply. I hoped thatwe would get an approval notice electronically and that’s what happened thankfully😊

1.  Fill out your DS-160 online

2.  Wait for NVC to get your package, then schedule your interview once you get the package from them with instructions and new case number

3.  Then goes to your embassy, where they should be scheduling your interview; make sure you have all your documents ready to go

Good luck!!
