What's the meaning of "Case was mailed"? That it is in the next step of the process?

I see on the scan that a couple of the cases have a future date:
example: "WAC1790314457    790314457    6/21/2017    Your Current Status: Document Was Mailed"

 

Does anyone knows what this means? or why is it like this?

Im guessing that it was sent from the USCIC lockbox (after scanning) to the appropriate service center?

It says the following, guessing they sent some document to the petitioner.

 

We mailed your document for your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number WAC1790314457. If you do not receive your document by June 21, 2017,

My fiance submitted the packet on May 18. 

The UsCIS recieved it on the 24th and received the physical letter or NOA on 3rd of June. 

 

When do you think will NoA2 gets along? 

Hopefully there are no RFEs. 

 

My friend says at 4 months she was supposed to have her visa already but she did not process hers immediately cause she was studying that time. She got their NOA2 after 2 months. They filed theirs in July 2016 and she got her visa in january 2017 and flew to the US by February 2017.

Hi! Most of last year's application has been approved from one to two months only, based on the research I made here on VJ timelines and people that I know. But for us, most of the cases from NOA1 to NOA2 take three to four months. If you make a timeline here at VJ, at the bottom of the page there is an estimated time when will they adjudicate your papers.

Excellent and welcome to the forum. We are both about 1/3 or 1/4 of the way till NOA 2. Averaging 90-120 Days if no RFE

When are y'all expecting your fiances to arrive in the US? We got our NOA1 on May 15, and are really hoping for a mid-November arrival but I'm not sure if this is unrealistic or not.
