Hi guys,

Long-term follower of this thread, tracking actual NOA2 dates as opposed to the usual USCIS ambiguity!

My fiancee and I had our application received on 2nd May, with NOA1 dated May 4th.

We passed 150 days at the back end of last week, and I encouraged my fiancee to speak to USCIS to see if we could get any information. On Monday, she was met by the usual 'March 31st... can't tell you any more...', the general frustrating and generic responses they give.

However, yesterday, she managed to get through to a Tier 2 officer... and unbelievably, they confirmed we had officially been approved as of yesterday! I can't describe how happy I am after 156 days of waiting, to finally be told it's been approved is such a relief.

One word of advice. If you're in or around the dates I mentioned above, try and call USCIS. The app trackers that people use and the USCIS website may not updated for a days, even a week, to say it has been approved. Our case is still 'received', but we have had confirmation of approval from a Tier 2.

We are planning to speak to our lawyer this weekend to gauge expected time, now I've been approved, to interview and visa issuance. I have a 4 week notice period at work which I need to time just right! Hoping to be there for late November, but I fear that may be a push.

Finally, thank you to all of you active posters for your words of encouragement, support and positiity. Whilst I have not actively posted my appreciation, I truly am grateful to be able to share this experience with you all and to feel like I am not alone.

For everyone waiting, your time will come and it will be the best feeling ever. Stay strong. Talk to your fiance(e). And of course, you have guys and girls on here for incredible support.

Congratulations! Things move much more quickly from here on out! We were approved on the 7th September and we have our interview next week, hoping to be out there by the end of the month.

Usually you cannot book an interview that is less than 2 weeks away when booking through the online portal so that's something to bear in mind, we received our case number exactly 2 weeks from NOA2 but there is a public holiday on Monday so may take a little longer for you guys. If you have any other questions that are UK specific, feel free to ask and I'll help where I can!

Congrats again :)

Congrats!!! I have the same received as you and I was just wondering what your WAC number is? Again congratulations I might call the USCIS today and give it a try! I can't wait to make that phone call to my fiancée to let her know we were approved

Thank you! It was all a bit surreal really but I'm so happy to have finally crossed the finish line.

Our reference ends 316257.

Be warned, even though we did get confirmation from a Tier 2 yesterday, we were promised a call back in 2 hours... 3 passed, my fiancee called back, and the queue said 1,200 hours!! Thankfully, she received a call back an hour later when she was able to share the good news!

Hi guys. I'm new here. I'm worried because we used the form that expired June 2017. However, it appears that some May filers got rejected because the form sent is no longer accepted. Please advise...

Excuse the frustration as today is my fiancé birthday and another special occasion we are apart! We are currently at 200 days with no NOA2 where is the logic or accountability. I have exhausted every resource available to assist us and nothing! The same copy and paste response that's been sent out to customers for decades. Ironically our processing fee was processed in one day but no response in 200 days. Oh well Happy Birthday to my beautiful Fiancé 😍😍

Filed may 8th,

Its been 6 months since i held her in my arms, checking status update at least 6 times a day.

We met while i was in the military and since getting out she has helped me through the ups and downs and it hurts so much to be apart from her.

That people used the wrong form (i.e i-129) or an even older form than the one we were all using before April 10th. This one was good till mid June, so you are fine

They should have already rejected your form at the lockbox if it had been the wrong one.
