It's based on USCIS. You can find out by either having the USCIS case tracker app for your phone, you can track your case directly on the USCIS website.

The person updating their timeline is manual, meaning, VJ does not have the means to know when, who or how the person is approved. The person's timeline is updated by the person approved.

And there are no dumb or stupid questions during this process...trust me, I'm almost at my question limit for the week...ha! ;)

Oh okay, I only  ask because I was reading that it taking a while for the website to update once they get approved. I just want to know right away once it does and if tracking it on the website is the best way then I'll keep at that.

Thank you!

Thats not my point at all

My fiance knows how much i make

Ive never seen a fedx or ups or dhl driving around delivering

I must say i have no idea how any package gets delivered in the Philippines, but the last time i sent a box, it was opened, gone thru, and my fiance was never given a notice she had a package

She went on her own to see if it ever showed up

So, sending it to my fiance isnt a problem, its how it gets to her

The Philippines does not have a United States Postal service

I've sent letters thru regular mail to my fiancee in the Philippines for the past 2 1/2 years many times and she received everyone.  I also sent important papers thru DHL  where they insure it and you can track it. Never had a problem
