Thanks!

about question 2, I have read a lot of stuff.. I'm scared of checking any of the options lol read people saying here on VJ that was denied by checking no? So I don't know. I've seen a template here that it says to check yes and write on explnations "N/A K1 visa"

so I don't know.

Maybe someone who has already done this and got approved would be able to clarify this for us lol @Estibaliz the expert maybe! Hahahaa

@Trinab80 thanks so much for your answer and I hope you get your NOA2 soon!!

If you've read that you are put yes and list N/A K1 visa, then do that. Also, Salty just said your A-number is listed on your NOA2 so double-check and add it to your I-134.

Yes, my favorite Aprilite will be able to give you the final answer. The updated version on this site does not have anything checked off there.

Thanks and you're welcome...praying I'm not too far behind you!

ROC Filing:

1) Do we, beneficiaries, have an A-number?

I understand that the Beneficiary A- Number will be on the NOA2 under the Beneficiary's name

That's awesome, really happy for you guys!

I'm keeping it together the best I can; taking it day by day. I'm happy to finally see movement for my May filers, just hoping after Monday that things pick up some more since DACA deadline is today and after the holiday on Monday, there's about a month's worth of time before the next US holiday that USCIS should kick things in gear. Keyword of course is should. Either way, my fiancé and I are so ready for the next steps, we have all our ducks line up that after we receive our NOA2, we can get everything scheduled with no delay. So for now, I'm just keeping my mind busy with this wedding stuff and just waiting and praying.

When I do get my NOA2, outside of announcing it in my forum, I'm gonna find you on here and personally tell you. Because I want to make sure all our stuff is good to go. You're my cookie sheet for the next steps of this process. :)

First time poster. My received date is May 8th, noa1 date May 10th. I got this email for informed mail today. I won’t be home until tomorrow. Can anyone tell me if it looks like the service request response I made on 9/15/17 or if it could possibly be the noa2. I’m thinking it’s the service request response just because it says Dear, “insert name”. From the google images I pulled up the noa2 doesn’t look like it says “dear, .....” anywhere. Thank you in advance!!!

It’s probably going to say everything is within normal processing times. I called for name check and background check information, they told me they couldn’t give it out over the phone that I can go to my local office (which never has appointments available) or wait for the service response for more information. Thank you
