I wonder if that is why the Philippines includes all immunizations in the medical fee.  I have a feeling that they simply do not keep records there at all...

HEE HEE...I agree. I love the people of the Philippines, but the government there, laws, and priorities seem to keep them a 3rd world country.  I love to visit my princess there, but don't know if I could live there...C'mon NOA2 :)

OMG, you make me laugh....I wish you lived close to me so we could get a beer and chat about all of this. I agree with the Jeepney concern. My fiancé takes one to work everyday and I just pray for her safety. I am a very good driver, but would never consider driving in Manila...it is insane. I was in an UBER when another car came up on the side of us and scraped the vehicle we were in...all the way down the side..the UBER driver did not even care..he said "welcome to Manila" WOW....she has never driven before so I get to teach her the proper way to drive...not what she sees there. BTW, your fiancé has beautiful children....I bet they will love it here.

I like to think that the approval number is at least twice per day than shown in the scan.. an extra 20 today (for example) that just didn't get updated in the tracker, but have indeed been approved...  that would leave may 1st with only 80 cases left...:P only because if this scan is 100% accurate it would take them another month (assuming 20 approvals per day) just to get to May 4th.. (my received date).. and that just seems way too much.. even for USCIS..

Live, love, laugh.. and try not to think too much about USCIS

I figure if she is used to seeing the driving there, driving here will be a piece of cake.  I always said that if the Olympics had driving as an event, a filipino would win every event.  Now there is a new startup like Grab but it uses scooters and cycles.  Much faster getting in and out of traffic!

Yes of course we cannot account for cases that are approved however are not updated on their online tracker. We also have to understand the count is only for May i129F cases, there are other types of visa cases in there aswell which they are working on. Don't know if they have different teams created that handle one type of visa or one individual works on various types of visa's.

You would think in today's day and age they could at least get the case status to be in sync with their internal system, and 100% accurate with automation it isn't hard not sure whats up with their system.
