if about 30 cases a day, with 3000+ cases in May, it would take another 100 working days (4+ months) to finish May cases. it's horrible. They have to increase their speed.

I have a question about this. You all are saying more or less, or making hypothesis about the number of approved cases each day (or running scans). Taking into account that the average (at least, the visible, the one we can know) is around 30 cases a day, do you know the average of approved cases they had before this work overload at CSC? Anyone knows or have any clue about this?

Thanks!!

Hello Everyone in the May Filers. I started this Journey with VJ in march with the March filers due to I received my receipt notice March 23, 2017. I moved from March filers, to April filers and now in the May filers. Today we are 195 days with no NOA2 and have exhausted every resource available to get a response unsuccessfully. 3 Congressman, Ombudsman office, CSC follow up emails, 6 service requests, 3 calls a day to Tier 2 officers. This all has resulted in nothing! Only you within the processing time for another 2 weeks, with no timeline when we will be getting a NOA2! As you all know this is a huge hardship financially and mentally! I just hope and pray someone realizes our file is currently 7 months with no NOA2 and does something!!!! Good luck to all!!!

OMG!!! I am so sorry. I have learned that this process is not fair, or efficient. I can't believe you have not gotten help for this and they keep pushing you off. I hope the best for you and your fiancé. It must be very hard to watch people get approved who filed 2 months after you.

Your approval just updated in the USCIS app here in the US so if your fiancé has the US version app, he should have just gotten the notification!!!

Congrats again!!!

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

Congratulations! Such a great news for you and your other half. I think you can start filling out DS-160 without the mail yet, @LabOzcan attest on that.

For the Russia cases, I think you can ask @Tatiana&D.S. from the Aprilites as she is about to have her interview and have gone through this phase. 🙂

And the Russia portals will help as well.

What is the case tracker app?  I have the USCIS app I believe, but didn't know there are others?  For an android.

I would think then they would start processing June ones in one or two months, since I started seeing May approvals when they were roughly at 50% done with May? Very rough estimates here.....

1日約30件、5月に3000件以上の場合、5月のケースを終了するには100営業日(4 +月)かかるでしょう。それは恐ろしいです。彼らはスピードを上げなければならない。

Not all consecutive numbers are I-129F, another cases like I-130, I-539 etc. included,  so even if there are 200 cases between an approved number and your number, it is not necessary to wait for that 200 cases, it might be 100 or 50 of cases for K1.
