I'm so confused... So June filers (myself) are still looking at 4 more months for May filers before June is even looked at?

Not necessarily we will have to wait and see how many and how fast they approve  May cases per day this week and next week to get some sort of idea.

Yes...USCIS goes by the received date and VJ goes by NOA1 date. Shoegum runs a scan for us using the received date.

today is the day I finally got APPROVED :D:D:D 

 

I feel like I'm on cloud 9 right now!! We were approaching day 158 since received (late April Filer here!) and I was beginning to lose hope that this would ever happen - but it did!!

 

I hope this is just the start of many approvals today and this week! Goodluck to everyone!!

 

BTW - my approval came through on the iPhone Case Tracker App. My fiancé did not receive a text or email yet, though he signed out for that.

Hey! I sent my application on April 28th and in was received on May 4th! Can you say your last 4 digits? I'm so tired of waiting for this...

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken
