I-129F May 2017 Filers

Hello Everyone in the May Filers. I started this Journey with VJ in march with the March filers due to I received my receipt notice March 23, 2017. I moved from March filers, to April filers and now in the May filers. Today we are 195 days with no NOA2 and have exhausted every resource available to get a response unsuccessfully. 3 Congressman, Ombudsman office, CSC follow up emails, 6 service requests, 3 calls a day to Tier 2 officers. This all has resulted in nothing! Only you within the processing time for another 2 weeks, with no timeline when we will be getting a NOA2! As you all know this is a huge hardship financially and mentally! I just hope and pray someone realizes our file is currently 7 months with no NOA2 and does something!!!! Good luck to all!!!

Filed may 8 2017... No update... anyone from may or sooner get finished yet?

As of Yesterday May 1st Receive date cases are being approved. You should see the approval sometime this month.

if about 30 cases a day, with 3000+ cases in May, it would take another 100 working days (4+ months) to finish May cases. it's horrible. They have to increase their speed.

Yes that is correct however i am expecting the speed should increase, the 23 or so cases approved yesterday may just be a start and more adjudicators start working on May cases, That's the hope at least.

Is 3000+ cases in May normal compared to the other months?

Message me your case number, if its missing i can add it to my scan given it has receive date of May.

May is actually over 4000+ and believe or not, we are less than January - April months.
