It what i was told. I am not sure. It was back on a post here. My understanding was it just got pulled for them and put back in the stack. Again my be wrong.

we learnt that we got RFE on 25th of Sept. My F has just received the letter yesterday.It asked for the 3rd page of the devorce decree in which the signature of the judge is shown .we are mailing it back today.hope to get an appproval soon.

Congrats you are almost there.

Make a copy of everything they send you with the RFE and make a copy of every thing you send back to them in the event USPS or USCIS lose it.

Also all 1st class and Priority USPS mail has delivery tracking for free which is a good peace of mind.

I-129 for May yes. They just got to to May cases towards the end of September.

Guys, we got approved! My fianceé called me while I was at the gym! So excited that we can finally start planning our future together!

Looks like at have 23 Cases Approved and 2 RFE on October 2nd. Very good to see, all cases with receive date of May 1st approved. 3 Days in row they seem to be going in order by date.
