You can do the DS-160 any time no need to wait.

Congratulations! Such a great news for you and your other half. I think you can start filling out DS-160 without the mail yet, @LabOzcan attest on that.

For the Russia cases, I think you can ask @Tatiana&D.S. from the Aprilites as she is about to have her interview and have gone through this phase. 🙂

And the Russia portals will help as well.

Thanks! I found out from the app, the case tracker app and the USCISapp. Both for IPhone. I’ll go ahead and fill out the form when my fiancé wakes up in the evening.

As of 3:45PM PST (CSC) there are over 20 APPROVED I-129F's for today Monday, October 2nd.

Hi guys!

we learnt that we got RFE on 25th of Sept. My F has just received the letter yesterday.It asked for the 3rd page of the devorce decree in which the signature of the judge is shown .we are mailing it back today.hope to get an appproval soon.

USCIS Clearly states the adjudication of your I-129f can take upwards of 5 months and that is the "normal" processing.  If you are beyond that timeline then you have two things you do. Write your Congress person and ask for assistance or Email the Ombudsman at cisombudsman@HQ.DHS.GOV. doing anything else can be fruitless.

 

Just my 2 cents (experience) take it or leave.
