Ugh... just call customer service again.. They said the current processing time can take up to 8 months... but that it may be optimistic to think minimum 6.... So I have one more month to wait.... 147 days here.....  That was on thrusday. Today I tried to do an case inquiry on the uscis website and it says I am not allow to do so because I'm still on the "regular" processing time... so frustrating....

What is listed as the regular processing time? Does it give a date or days waited since filing?

thanks!

Hello everyone! Been paying close attention to the thread, but my first time posting here. I'm from Norway. Must say the days are feeling longer and longer. How accurate is the visajourney estimate for when it gets accepted? The page says it's likely to get approved this week, but with how it's going I'm losing hope :(

Welcome... don't lose hope but, also, don't go by the estimates on VJ.  There's no way to tell when things will happen but it will happen; hang in there!  :)

My VJ timeline was 2 months off at the time I was waiting for NOA2.

There is no particular order that USCIS follows unfortunately ( seems like they process cases in whichever order they want... ) so it is hard to know for sure when you will hear something. Keep your head up though  :)

Thanks for creating this thread. I just filed for my fiancee on April 26th and the new form I-129F arrived at USCIS Dallas Lock Box on 4/29.

I sent in the form for TEXT/EMAIL confirmation of receipt by USCIS so hopefully I will here from them soon.

Looks like 3 to 4 months till NOA 2 if no RFE.

Where in the Philippines are you from? My fiancee is in Ozamiz, Mindanao.

Tyler

Are we meant to send confirmation to USCIS that we have received the NOA1?

Mall of Asia.....HEE HEE...I know it well.

Is this in reference to getting the passport with visa stamp in it, faster than the 10 days they say?

It was in response to someone who could not remember the name of the "big mall" in Manila, but he was discussing having items shipped there (I forget the name of the company in the mall), and my fiancé wants me to mail her items there for the next step after NOA2. My other mail never makes it to her residence due to theft or just getting lost. I have been successful with Fed Ex to the Mall of Asia...works every time. My princess is from Davao but lives in Manila now.....how about your fiancé, she in Manila?

First time posting on here, but I've been watching the thread for signs of hope :rolleyes:I'm the beneficiary from the U.K. I've got the point where I feel I'm going absolutely bonkers MAD! My spare time is occupied by checking the status, scrolling on this thread, and waiting... it's driving me crazy!

We have a May 11th NOA1. Most frustrating part is we sent our package off almost 3 weeks before the notice date. So it's feeling EXTRA long for me. My fiancé is due to come over for thanksgiving, and I really really hope I'll be able to go home with him.

We have been in touch with Tier2 workers, who haven't been particularly helpful, apart from the last time they called. They said it should be very fast for the U.K. as it's all electronic, and it's been the total opposite! Maybe she was trying to pass the blame or maybe there is something wrong?! Who knows

anyway, wishing everyone a very speedy process from here on!!

Holly
