Ours isn't on the list either. Still received on the app but already approved on 9/28.

Hopefully it will be updated to show approved on Monday (Here in USA)

Once you guys get the NOA2 approval, what's next? Is it the DS-160?

Hi,  10 days after your approval you can start calling NVC to get your new case number.

You can start filling out DS-160 now. No need to wait for approval.

Just be sure to access it every 30 days or the data will be lost

A 2 x 2 color photo of the beneficiary will need to be loaded at the end.

Access the data?

What does that mean?

I just mean all the info you type into the DS-160 will be lost if you don't sign in once every 30 days.

I heard as well it takes them a month and someone please correct me if i am wrong if there is a inquiry the case gets pulled to be viewed(I may be 100 percent wrong here) I was just told to wait 6 months before that due to it slowing it down.

I understand your point but I don’t see why they would agree to help if they knew that it was going to take longer than usual. Doesn’t make any sense. They told my fiancé they would get back to us in less than a week.

If there are alot of may filers who already have received their noa2 then why not those whose noa1 date is even earlier than those who have been processed??

I'm from Islamabad.  Wbu.

I dont know where you got "alot of may filers already receive thier noa2." There's  been a few people that has received an approval yes, but definitely not enough for people in May to start saying why has so many been approved but mine hasn't. Truth is, they only started working on May. So just try and be patient cause the wait for approval is close for us May filers.

I called last Thursday, which was our day 150.  I got pretty much nowhere but... others have been more successful; some have even found out that they were approved!  :) I don't think that it hurts anything to call; in my case, it just felt good to be doing something, anything, to try to move the process along...

I saw a case on the USCIS app that is 14 cases after mine and had a receive date as May 23rd which is my receive date and the case was approved on 9/26. So, it is true that they don't necessarily review the cases in order. I think it really depends on the adjudicator and how fast they are able to get through their own caseload because just like any other production based environment, each adjudicator probably has boxes sitting on the side of the cubicles and just work through them. A handful of adjudicators may have the beginning of the month, another set has the middle part of the month, and another set has the end of the month. It just comes down to where that particular adjudicator is in their current caseload and if necessary I'm sure they will shift the work around.

Kinda reminds me on how we do things at my job when we review our cases (I work in AML/TF industry). I'm in charge of allocating the cases in making sure productivity is as even as possible and assign more complex cases to more experienced analysts. (Among other things I do throughout the day which is a lot...lol).

Just wanted to shed some light on how I see things.

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken
