Day 153 tomorrow... I am getting so anxious and even thinking that it’s not even gonna happen :(:(:(

My fiancé called a senator who is gonna help. He already signed a paper agreeing to release of information. I truly hope she can do something.

Receive date May 3rd / Notice date May 5th

Once you guys get the NOA2 approval, what's next? Is it the DS-160?

No..... You have to wait for the nvc to issue you a case number then for them to send your case to your country's US embassy

The senator told him that she would get back to him in a few days..

At least we tried something. Even if we get our noa2 in the meantime...

Don't go by that as there doesnt appear to be any order they go by. I have not clue how they do it, prob just pick up a bunch of cases n it's luck.

This is very encouraging. Thanks for your kind  words. I really hope that’s what happens for us too. I can’t take this anymore...

I heard as well it takes them a month and someone please correct me if i am wrong if there is a inquiry the case gets pulled to be viewed(I may be 100 percent wrong here) I was just told to wait 6 months before that due to it slowing it down.
