So, then it would seem that the estimates on the timelines here are running about a week late compared to actual results? (Sorry, I'm a July filer, I'm just lurking to see "on-the-ground" progress that the USCIS is actually making....)

yes. ..me too having same trouble site is not opening.i want to confirm .. which date should be considered as a noa1? .the date when uscis recieved our case or when we recieved hard copy of noa1.

Hello,yes i am having the same issue since this morning.Is not the first time when is happening.Usually second day the problem is fixed. Dont worrie,maybe they are updating a lots of NOA2 😊😊
