Now the new issue is, her local hospital may not have any medical records of her at all from birth, ugh

I don't think that is a problem.  I've seen lots of posts from people with no medical records at all.

Maybe I am anxious, but of course I am. Getting closer and closer to Noa2 I keep telling myself. At least my timeline has quit moving out each day or so. I don't understand how Igor's list is showing dates for CSC 129f processing when there is no such dates for CSC on the approvals. I know ignore those dates but I just can't seem to be able to. I just want them to be right if CSC 129f petitions are actually moving on those dates. Just like everyone waiting and want to move on with it. It will not be long until 5 months has passed. I was hoping October was going to be POE and that idea has been shattered, just now hoping before Christmas and that looks iffy. Got no choice but hurry up and wait.........and wait longer......Holding my last 2 weeks of vacation since I was with her last in Feb. Somewhere I have to make a decision to burn the vacation days and make a return trip without fear of being with Visa in hand by the end of the year. It could happen...Maybe.....or not....

Hopefully I can help, I requested my Police Certificate in May, rather overly optimistic in the timeframes having sent the first packet at the beginning of that month!

It basically means you have to name someone who can endorse or confirm that the photo you scan is indeed you and the information you supply is all factually correct. Truth is they never would really need to check further unless there was something that stood out.

It's like when you apply for your passport when you have to get someone to confirm it's you :)

The list above is recommended professions to help, but the person who you name as your endorser must be independent and not related to you. I just picked a friend who could verify if required, but got my full certificate back within 8 days no worries.

Once you have the Police certificate through it''s also valid for 12 months from issue (UK specific only, unsure for other countries)

Hope this helps you out but feel free to inbox me if you need anything else

Thanks for clarifying that bit of information.

You don't need shot records, birth hospital records, or any other medical records. SLEC will know what she will need for shots through interview and blood tests.

Really??

That seems way to simple hahahaha

I don't think that is a problem.  I've seen lots of posts from people with no medical records at all.

Yeah, usually medical is no problem, shots either.  The medical fee includes all necessary shots for admission.
