They have an office right across from the Embassy in the Philippines.  They also have services for AOS/EAD and GC.  I haven't decided if I will use them all the way through yet.

To use them for AOS IS 1750 CASH no payments gggrrr

That is a tough call!  Remember that the interview can be a few months after the NOA2.  I also want some time to bring them home and show them around before I go back to work.  It is going to be very tight with some difficult decisions.

From the looks of the paperwork she received she has passed and doesn't need to go back till she has her passport with her visa inside. This is the first time I have ever seen that document or heard of someone receiving such. I am not sure why. Bust since she has something in writing I think there are no problems with CFO.

When she returns to get her stamp from CFO be sure she brings her passport and their is going to be a "data" sheet inside her package. She needs to make a copy to give to CFO. Be sure to tell her not to open the brown envelope that will come with her visa/passport which will state on the outside "do not open".

You can rest knowing that CFO is fine.

After getting better pics, and i could read that, i felt a lil better

But my "freaking out" wont end until she lands here and crosses the immigration booth in the US lol

Now the new issue is, her local hospital may not have any medical records of her at all from birth, ugh

Thanks for ur help

I totally hear you... I haven't seen my girl in over a year and, although we're hoping that the NOA2 will be any day now, I'm planning a trip to see her in December... it's a constant battle in my mind of love vs. finances... lol... love always wins, of course... ;)

To me finances win cause if you do not have enough saved could become a problem to get over there for interview and get back with her in tow

I am lucky and planned a little.  I have three weeks now and more coming.  I have already planned a trip for December.

I need AOS/EAD and GCs for Rose and her two teenagers...This is an expensive endeavor.  I know she wants to work but that won't happen until after the EAD.

That, my friend, is an amazing idea.  A perfect way to start a new life together and a chance for her to see America!!!  I love that!
