I think it’s because Igors list goes by NOA1 date and Shoegum’s data is by received date

Therefore Igors list might include a May NOA1 but an April received date?

Exactly

So I'm kinda freaking out a little bit because I think I filed with the older form but I was told they're accepting that form till June 1st but now I'm reading on here that the new form had to be used after april 10th. Would they accept my case and send me an NOA-1 if i filed with the wrong form???

I'm still a little worried they'll ask for new form to be filled out after they look at it.  There's a lot of new information in it that isn't on the December form.  Job history and information about parents and stuff.  It goes from 6 pages to I think 13 on new form.  I'm sweating a little till I hear someone else gets approved that used it.

They can RFE me and ask for the new form. I'm okay with that.... but I just hope they don't outright reject me. Plus even if they ask for the new form its only an extra hour or 2 to get all the information.

Hey guys, I just read you were worried about your form not being up-to-date. But I come here to bring good news! lol

The form changed when I was filling back in April and I thought I would have to change to the newest version. But in the website, they had a "note" saying that the old version would still be accepted until June 8th (or 9th... some day around that). Even tho, I asked my fiancé (the petitioner) to call USCIS and they confirmed.

But you all know how this process can drive us lil crazy... so last week I completely forgot about that note in the website and that we called USCIS to confirm. lol I read something in a facebook page and I freaked out. Immediately I called USCIS and told them about my form (I'm in the US for few days), but they re-confirmed that the form was good till June and if we had sent the wrong version, we would have received a rejection status right away. Later that they when I told my fiancé he couldn't help but laugh! lol This process is sure driving me nuts!!! lolol

But the good thing is: our old forms are all good! :)

Good luck to all of us in this waiting game! NOA2 is coming soon!!

Guys keep in mind, that case numbers are assigned as the applications are being entered in their system.  one number after yours could be different type of VISA such as spouse visa or any other visa applications they get.  Most all types of visas going to CSC get same sequence of case numbers they don't use different numbers by types of visas. When i was running the scan i filtered it to only record the K1 (I-129F) application cases and ignore the rests type of applications.

At the following link are all the K1 one cases only for May.

our case is first on the list (314204)...thank you Shoegum for your updates...though still waiting for NOA2, makes my spirit up reading all May approvals happening :-) Just went to visit my fiance last July but it seems like forever since the last time..vacation planned to see him this november but I haven't bought my ticket yet coz waiting for NOA2 just in case lol! I have till Saturday to decide since Cathay Pacific sales will end  at the end of the month... (flying from Boston)

Hi, new member here. I've lurked for a while and enjoy reading all the updates as we are also May filers.

I did have a question. Does anyone know the current time frame they are scheduling interviews for in Manila? I'm trying to better understand our time frame once we optimistically get approved.

thanks for any info

Day 150 from received date for us today... so I called USCIS first thing this morning.  The Tier 1 person was very nice and I played dumb ("is there anyone that I can possibly speak to that might have that information?") which got me instantly transferred to the Tier 2 area; I left my phone number on the automated Tier 2 line and was called back about 20 minutes later.  The best way that I can describe the Tier 2 person who called me back is completely devoid of personality... sigh.  Basically, I received the same lines that everyone is hearing:  nothing written on my case except that it was received; they're working on March 1st; due to the workload, it could be another 2 months but there are no guarantees, etc.  I'm not in a good place today, like most of us who are stressed out by this waiting process but there's nothing that I can do but wait more... and more... :(

I'm feeling the same way as you today - day 153 for me...

I had the same kind of call as you (except Tier 2 officer was very nice) - so maybe no news on your file is good news. Its hard to imagine ever getting approved, but its going to happen soon right??

I do hope so but, man, this process really taxes one's emotional system... lol... trying to keep the hope alive but some days it's more difficult than others...
