No It wont cause RFE but make sure to

change address on uscis site :) you need the  noa1 hardcopy in the future. Or if you want you can call uscis and let them know about ur change of address so maybe they could resend the paper

Good to know, I did change on the uscis website, I hope the I-197C comes soon, the case was received and forwarded to WAC May 10th

USCIS wasn't who signed for it the local postal office did.

OP sent it to the PO Box using FedEx. FedEx isn't gonna deliver it to the PO BOX. At most they will give it to the local post office so that they can deliver it to the PO Box.

Trina is correct, USPS is the only courier that's allowed to make deliveries to PO Boxes. FedEx would normally return the shipment back to the sender and invoice the sender for the return shipment.

Where do you get the NOA2 ETA?

If you look at your VJ timeline (view, not edit), you'll see at the bottom of your page. That's only if you placed in your NOA1 date received in the timeline.

I went to your profile and clicked on Immigration Timeline, and it says your NOA2 will be adjudicated between between August 29, 2017 and September 2, 2017. :)

But those dates can change depending on the service center. Mine has changed a few times.

If you don't know where to find it, I've attached reference. :)

Finally got our NOA1 hard copy today in the mail (I think I've checked the mail for this week than I do in a month...hahaha!)

I took a picture and sent it to my fiance. I can't wait to get his response! You would think I received the NOA2 just now because I can't stop looking at it! :P

My NOA1 Receipt Date: 5/25/2017 - So my estimated processing times changed by a day...lol! But it's changed a couple of times since I started my timeline. Just hoping the date keeps changing to closer for review than further away! :D

Have a good weekend everyone!

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

I'm in Colombia with my fiancée until July 1, I hope that doesn't push my processing time back at all if I call three weeks after the date they mentioned

Did you use a personal check when sent in your petition? If so, did the check get cashed and on what date? If this has happened then your NOA1 should have been mailed to the petitioner's address usually mailed out the next business day. But if you haven't received it, it won't start your processing date back. Once they accept it and cash your check it gets assigned a case# and put in with the rest for review. But you will need the hardcopy for later on in this process.

Just out of curiosity, what will the "hard copy" be needed for?

It's my understanding you will need all original documents for the interview. But also, it will have your receipt date on it because the petition can expire if not reviewed. But I could be wrong.

I did not use a personal check, I used a bank draft. I did not receive the hard copy letter either and the only thing I can do is wait until I'm on US soil to call without getting charged extra per my phone plan.

So you're saying I still have a case number assigned without the I-197C and still have my place in line? And I just need to obtain a copy once I'm back in the US?

Call or check with the institution and find out the date the money waa accepted. If it was accepted then your petition was accepted and you do have a case#. If not accepted, they will mail the payment and petition back to you.
