Tried every thing, even expeidte through Senator month ago. Nothing. They are on March 1 they says every time.

There is actually at least 100 k1 on  just 3/13/17 still open. visajouney less then 1% of all the k1's of petitioners applying it appears .

WOW! So sorry...I don't think I will ever understand how they go through these visa applications. It seems trite to say "hang in there" but I hope you are successful getting NOA2 very soon!

Do you think my case would be rejected for wrong form?
I just realized that the form i used for the I129F was the 12/23/16 N on the bottom left corner of the forms and a new type of form came out on april. it does say on the top right Expires 08/31/2018
I submitted it on May and got NOA1 on May 8. I hope we didn't wait this long for rejection of form.

If you received noa1 that mean you are ok, and you will be approved soon

It's funny to me, from the Timeline's I've seen, that it also takes around 3-4 months between the NOA2 and the Interview. Hurry up so I can wait again. But I've read you kind of need that time since it takes, for some, a few visits for the Med Exam and up to a month for the police cert.

"Do not worry about anything, but in everything, by prayer and

petition, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, that is superior to every frame of mind, shall be garrisoning your hearts and your apprehensions in Christ Jesus."

You can typically start on the police certs and everything ahead of time. Once you have the WAC# in most countries you can get that done pretty easily. I have seen a lot of timelines that after NOA2 it is only 2 months and 2-3 weeks of that is waiting on the NVC to be able to schedule interview.

I used the December form as well.  Wonder if that's why so many are coming back with request for more information?
