Hi,

I would talk with an attorney but I believe you may have to refile because of the baby born before visa was fully approved and not born in your country traveling to.  That may be old news or false but I'd check now before more time passes.

I will call a lawyer about this tomorrow morning. Just to be clear I am the one submitting for my Fiance to come in from Mexico to US. Maybe this makes it a bit different to where I dont have to refile. i will be totally bummed if I did. Also, I did mention in the letter that I was pregnant but put down 0 children as I didn't know what the outcome of my pregnancy was going to  be. i truly hope i dont have to refile :(

Those processing times you're talking about of March 1st were what was reported as of July 31st, (and I've been told that they report on the oldest case they're touching at the time of the report, but who can be sure about that?) they never update to the current date on those :) It very much looks like they're going to be starting on May petitions this week (I'm a June filer, so I'm sure hoping they start on y'all this week! XD) but in all seriousness there have already been a few May NOA2s, and they're processing end of April/beginning of May it looks like, according to Igor's list :) I hope you get your NOA2 very soon so he can see his baby girl, and the woman he loves, ASAP!

Oh this brings me some relief and so much joy to know that those aren't up to date. Also, glad I found this website. You guys all have more information than i ever thought I would get. I hope so to! As of now, he only knows her through facetime but I am happy with her hearing his voice so she can atleast know who he is when he first holds her and speaks to her.

i  am on maternity leave so might travel  down south to see him I am just scared since she is so small and not fully vaccinated yet.

Oh!  You should be fine then.  Sorry, thought you were coming to US.  I don't think you'll have an issue.  May change financial status but shouldn't make any impact and that's after NOA2.  Could check to be sure, but I'm pretty certain you're ok.  Good luck with your Visa and wait!  Wish they'd get all May done tomorrow! 😁

They are at about 50% for April right now and have processed a few from the very start of May. You might get lucky and get it this week, it might be a bit longer. Averages are pushing out around 150 days lately, some of us are all the way out at 170 now.

I am on day 141 and havent been more anxious... I hope even more you get a response soon since its been a lot longer for you and can just imagine how you feel

You guys have no idea how much of a solace it is to come here and be able to know I'm not alone in this. My finace is the level headed one out of the 2 of us and always talking me down off a ledge... just wish this process was easier. Anyway, this is my long winded way of saying thank you!

We got this! Soon, we'll be able to be with our loved ones.

Hello everyone.

Just wanted to encourage all of us.Even we did not recive our NOA2 i have started to prepare my file for the interview.I am printing the evidence of our ongoing relationship.Sort them by date 😊 I applied for the police clearance from the country i used to work, the place where i meet him as well. That took 1 week. But i dont mind.It keeps me busy and gives me the felling i am participating actively in this proces.I am taking some clasess and find myself a part time job.In the meantime we are chating all day and night 😊So head's up to everyone, every day that passes by is bringing us closer to our loved ones. This week is bringing good news i am sure 😊😊

God bless 😇😇😇
