I don't know. To be honest, I was REALLY expecting to hear something from USCIS this week. Even a RFE, I wouldn't mind at all. Now, since they were super slow after July and there are still March and April filers waiting, I think I may hear something next week or the other. In my opinion, the average waiting will only increase from now on.. I'd say 160 days for May, and as the end of the year is closer, probably close to 6 months for later filers :( when we started to fill the forms in march/April we thought we would have it in 3 months max. Oh the innocence! Lol

I'm still holding out hope... which is a real feat for a pessimist like me.  Maybe we will be happily surprised now that we are thinking that things will take a lot longer; after all, it would be just like USCIS to do something we're not expecting! ;)

I know, yeah I think it's better. For me it feels like I've been waiting for so long that it doesn't even feel like it's gonna happen lol I guess I will be surprised whenever it happens, no matter when lol

How can you search the cases like this? Cause when I hit search, it will search for all types of cases, not only I-129F. I can only select the option I-129F after the search is complete, which results in only 5 cases.. all the rest is mostly I-130 🤔

Hmm, not sure, Mine also searches all and I do the same thing after the search is complete, I select I-129f. The number of cases really depends on the number of the search you used. I started with 8050 and did 500 queries (I like to search around my case :) ) and this is the first time I have seen some movement. For some queries it is the same for me too where not many i129f's show up just change the number you start with and eventually you will find them!

Where does the 8050 number come from. That's where I was confused... had no clue what it wanted when it said to put in a number

You can put in any valid case number. I started with my own and then looked at cases surrounding it, so this time 8050 is just where I started from.

I bet the government workers would move more quickly if their pay was tied to how many cases they process. They have no incentive to move quickly.  I have worked for the Federal and Florida State government and had to leave do to the culture of mediocrity and apathy. That is what we are facing. The processors get paid regardless of how fast or thorough they are. They have no skin in the game....shoot, I hope they don't read this and deny me and my lovely pina princess :)
