I am a first week of June at filer but I'm hovering over you guys because I'm getting very anxious. Does anyone know if the estimated adjudication time at the bottom of our timeline journeys includes a possible RFE delay as well?

It does not. Also that date on the bottom of our timeline changes all the time. It is taki g 140 to 150 days to get NOA2. Stay postive and you will be there soon

Hey folks, keep your faith! We’re closer than ever now. Every day we’re closer and closer. I know the wait is painful. It doesn’t matter how long we’re far from our loved ones… it’s painful anyways! But we’re already so lucky to have someone waiting for us. Keep strong! Another day down and another day closer. Keep positive thoughts. NOA2 is around the corner!

It does t really matter. They go back and forth. I saw may 3rd approved in August and March still waiting. No set rules here.

As far as I'm concerned that lone May 3rd is actually an April filer.

They haven't touched April 28th yet AND there are still February, March and April people waiting.

Today's tracker is pretty much dead for the USCIS App.

They always seem to have 2 days per week where not much happens.

When things are happening it is only at 5 approvals per day on average for VJ members

There are over 100 UNtouched April cases at 5 per day we are looking at 20 work days for 3-4 more weeks to clear out March-April.

I'm resigned to not seeing any real May action until next month. Still possible to get her/him here by Christmas though if approved even as late as 1st week of November.

December will see lots of slow downs due to holidays and vacation time plus cost for travel and hotels is going to be high and tight to find.

Hunker down people.

Lol you need new clients then. Let us get through May.

One free beer with any proof of an NAO2. One shot for any marriage. One dinner for two for all May NOA2 Filers.

I think we will start to see most of our May action next week. I think its going to stay on average of 140 to 150 days. We are not sure why those March and April people are waiting. It could be due not uodating or even rfes. Lets stay postive.

I don't know. To be honest, I was REALLY expecting to hear something from USCIS this week. Even a RFE, I wouldn't mind at all. Now, since they were super slow after July and there are still March and April filers waiting, I think I may hear something next week or the other. In my opinion, the average waiting will only increase from now on.. I'd say 160 days for May, and as the end of the year is closer, probably close to 6 months for later filers :( when we started to fill the forms in march/April we thought we would have it in 3 months max. Oh the innocence! Lol
