This is terrible.. was hoping for 3 months, now it looks like it'll be 5 months. I'm trying to get married before the end of year.

We have to stay positive! I am hoping I can spend Christmas over there and think it's sill possible. We have the same NOA1 date! My received date is MAY 18. Idk which date to put on my timeline so put 23rd as NOA1. I will be happy if we receive NOA2 earlier than VJ estimated date! :D We're almost there!!!

I think no later then mid october most mid may filers should be done. I know if its Philippines we could have a chance to fly them here first two weeks of Dec. Wish you the best. Stay postive.

I see what you're saying...

My notice date is 2 days from my received date...

USCIS goes by received dates when working on cases...thats why your case is in april not may

Anyway... Im sure you don't care about this anymore LOL... you're with NVC now :dancing:

COngratulations...I can only imagine how excited you are!!

Thank you 😊 Yes we were pretty annoyed to for our notice date to be that far after received date but I really doubt think the notice date makes any difference so not sure why VJ uses it. Anyways I hope it's you all's turn soon! Been too long of a wait for everyone. We filed an online inquiry..well tier2 did that for us last week. That might have helped us speed this up.

yeah I just checked my ioS App and it say WAC1790312151 was approved today 9/18 but received date is still April.

So per the Apps and per the USCIS case tracker we still have no approved cases for received date in May other than the one oddball case that was approved a month ago.

Oh well. At least April is still clearing out.

There are now a total of 3 approvals on VJ for today 9/18

Averaging 5 per day so need at least 2 more to keep that trend.

So far 08-14-2017 was the best day ever...

almost 20 NOA2 on VJ and a millions of RFEs according to my USCIS app...

They probably fired that guy/gal who was working on those cases the next day...

Sometimes I think Trump checks Igor's list too:whistle:... I mean he stays up every night tweeting...so he probably checks VJ between tweets to see if they are not approving "too many" cases:help:

I was hoping for xmas also, but my fiancee just went to apply for her taiwan police clearance, and that takes 6 weeks, by the time that in her hand, then she make appt for interview and medical, and then gets approved, then 10 day wait for her passport with visa, theres no chance there will b any affordable flights

This sucks

I don't know about your Taiwan policy clearance, but do you need it for beneficiary's interview? If so, six week doesn't sound THAT bad to me....  Cuz you probably will receive your NOA2 in a week or two. Then about another three weeks for your beneficiary to receive the package go get ready for the interview. Approximate total is gonna be five or six weeks from now until your beneficiary receive the package.

When we applied for this visa, we were expecting I could enter the states beginning of November but this long waiting game was a big unwanted surprise for me and my fiancee in the states. But all we can do is wait, it's so frustrating though. We stay positive and are trying to make ourselves feel everything is gonna be fine. Time will go faster than we think, here's another day with bunch of approvals!

Keep your head up and you never know. I seen flights from the Philippines to Kentucky for 540 after tax up till Dec 17th. So just keep faith and everything will work out.
