It's not from May 3rd...

Some timelines are messed up and some people don't know how to or don't care correcting them

If you read on his profile you'll see that his NOA1 is from April 24th...

As soon as I saw his sent date april 21, i knew USCIS could not have received his case on May 3rd....unless he sent it from Jupiter with snail mail LOL

We sent our application on 21st April, our received date was 24th april and our notice date was 3rd May as stated on our NOA1. VJ uses the notice date for their timeline and not the receive date.. not sure why but that's what it says in the guidelines 😊

yeah I just checked my ioS App and it say WAC1790312151 was approved today 9/18 but received date is still April.

So per the Apps and per the USCIS case tracker we still have no approved cases for received date in May other than the one oddball case that was approved a month ago.

Oh well. At least April is still clearing out.

There are now a total of 3 approvals on VJ for today 9/18

Averaging 5 per day so need at least 2 more to keep that trend.

Something i never thought about but what could be the reason for a RFE? Not got on but kind of worried we missed something. We sent in photos of us with family, eating, with hotel staff, ect, recepits from hotel, room service, tax, boarding pass, print off where i paid for hotel and flight, letters we sigbed about getting married, all pages of passport(overkill) lol birth certificate . I am sure there was a few other things like forms and all but i think that was most of what was in our I 129f packet. Did we cover most of it?

And if you met on a dating website, include a TOS also. But some forgot to include it on their packet and got lucky, others received an RFE for not including it.

No different to any other year when they process c. 70k H1B visa applications, imo. I doubt we'll feel any knock on impact from this if previous hunny bunny applicants haven't felt an impact.

However, I see on that FB group there are also reports that TPS for South Sudan has been extended. Maybe we'll be feeling that like we did with the TPS extn for Haiti?

Case recieved May 2nd, tomorrow is day 140, she is in Netherlands and their embassy is extremely fast, they gave her a B2 visa with unlimited entries to visit me within a day of that interview. Do you think its possible that we will get married in December before Christmas? Our i129f should be approved any day now
