Some things are at the officer/agent's discretion. One can one thing go while the other will as for RFE request for evidence. Just like other stuff that has to do with legal stuff. A consul can ask one question and grant a visa, while the other would ask 30 questions and deny the visa.

Divorce certificate if you were married before? i've seen a few peopoe getting rfes simply cause forgot to check a box in the form. Not a big deal, easy fix.

Passport photos.. gotta be good pics, I'm sure im gonna get an rfe cause of it. Fiance took horrible pics (he said it was fine, I tried to say they werent but I did not want to argue lol)

We mailed my boarding pass copies, but not the passport stamps. So that could be another reason we could get it. Also, if they ask for more evidence I will send a copy of my i-94 travel history.

Its the sane case. May 3rd is the notice date, received is earlier. USCIS goes for received date (apparently)

Hahaha I think it shows the time the person refreshed the app. Probably sept 19 wherever he/she is.

Everyone getting notified is using USCIS Case Status by Spinach Mobile LLC on android only. The iPhone version sucks and won't notify you about similar cases. Don't worry if you don't have an android phone - the group is doing a great job at notifying everyone!

It's not from May 3rd...

Some timelines are messed up and some people don't know how to or don't care correcting them

If you read on his profile you'll see that his NOA1 is from April 24th...

As soon as I saw his sent date april 21, i knew USCIS could not have received his case on May 3rd....unless he sent it from Jupiter with snail mail LOL
