I think that even if there are general trends in the way they process cases, it is really hard to actually estimate when our case will move to the next steps. Especially since there are probably much more cases than the ones registered on VJ. So there are probably more May NOA1 cases that have been approved already, but we can't see them on VJ. You will have your NOA2s soon!

Our NOA1 is May 1st, hoping to get NOA2 this week :-)

Just jumping in to commiserate.

 

Day 110 here. When we sent the petition in on May 30th, our timeline showed an estimated adjudication date of Sep. 13th - Sep. 26th...right around now. 

 

We thought we were looking at four months to NOA2 and then maybe another month or so...plenty of time to be together for Christmas.

 

Not looking very likely now but oh well.

Only day left without any approvals for VJ members for month of April and it is April 28th Friday. 

There are 9 VJ members with NOA 1 of 4/28.

There are ZERO VJ members with NOA 1 dates for 4/29 and 4/30 which were Sat and Sun.

Hopefully a few of the 4/28 will be approved this week so we can finally see some real May activity.

I was seeing the processing time on vj and it says this. So I thought someone has that date

Mine is same way. She yelling at me because i did paper work myself and said i should of paid someone. I explained to there is a whole group of us waiting and complaining lol. That no person can speed it up. That so far the paper work not been bad nust filing it out and getting it ready sucks. I have a cousin who used rapid visa so i am just using new forms and sending it what he sent them.
