Yes I think some folks here are turning towards the Dark Side. (Star Wars Reference :P)

In fairness many of us get grumpy this is not an easy process and some of the longest wait times for K-1 I've ever seen.

Yes they longest I have ever seen as well.... but

It's my fiancé that's getting grumpy! I try to explain to her that we are at the mercy of the USCIS. She keeps telling me I should do something to speed it up! I wish.

Our NOA1 date is May 3rd and we received our NOA2 last month, not expedited.

I think that even if there are general trends in the way they process cases, it is really hard to actually estimate when our case will move to the next steps. Especially since there are probably much more cases than the ones registered on VJ. So there are probably more May NOA1 cases that have been approved already, but we can't see them on VJ. You will have your NOA2s soon!

If I am not mistaken, you were approved within 100 days, and not expedited.

Congratulations! I also hope everyone here gets their NOA2 this week or next.

I feel cases approval times have to do with beneficiaries Nationalities. A beneficiary from the EU, for instance, is less likely to break any immigration laws.

I wish my fiancée was grumpy with me...

She's been calm about the whole process, does not even care about knowing how many days its been since our NOA1...

She says that I should just move and marry her and forget about the whole K1 Visa Process... *rolling my eyes*

I use to think that…now I think its completely random and depends on the officer reviewing your case.

I'm from Canada (low fraud country) and both my fiancé and I have security clearances through the US and Canadian Gov't plus we're both part of the trusted travellers program between the two countries…..and we're approaching day 150...

Hoping this week brings good news for all of us!

I have noticed that myself, just now, after browsing thru this site a bit. I pray and hope that we  all hear something good soon. Btw, I think 150 days puts you at the cut off; meaning you should call and ask for a tier 2 person. They ll give you some good news. Lmk please.

We're going to start calling Thursday or Friday when he comes to visit. I will definitely let everyone know which runaround USCIS decides to give us!!
