Certain embassies will NOT allow you to attend.

If yours does then it sure does help. It shows the CO the other half of the relationship.

There was a State Department Video where they stated they love to see the other half attend.

It will give great moral support to your Fiancee as well.

I'm not attending though as I just got back from her home country last week.

When I bought my tickets I thought she would have been approved by now but obviously that did not happen.

We're trying really hard to time everything out so he'll have his visa and we can come back together. If that means I miss the interview then it is what it is. My brother had his spousal visa interview at the same consulate and they wouldn't let him inside the interview so I don't think me going is going to do anything. Different visa but same consulate

Hello everyone! I am from June and today I have 99 days! I am looking forward to see my soulmate soon, but I am afraid to do it just in January!

People from may have any hope to hear something in September?

We all have hope it be any day lol. I say this week we will start to see some NOA 2 for first few days of May. Mt advice to you is keep your head up and try to stay postive. I know it gets hard but the time comes for us all.

You are right, but sometimes the distance is hard especially if you can see but don't touch :(

But I will follow your advice,

Stay blessed

The distance is the worst thing ever. When your in love all you want is to be together. The wait is hard but worth it. I been told after NOA 2 its 30 to 60 to end for Philippines visas. If you process and get it all going.

Very true i am not going over again until time for interview and med have not seen her in almost a year now except on video chat. She does not work so i m the one footing the bill for everything. I have almost my goal of 7k saved now to do everything that is needed.

Same here with the exception that I was there for 12 days April 28.... but that still a long time 😔 I will definitely be there for the interview. Good luck to us all

Why does the processing time go backwards?!

It was April 27 yesterday and today it is April 26. Since September 1 it has barely moved!!! It was April 24 then :angry::angry::angry::angry::angry::angry::angry:

Please relax. You cannot rely on the VJ member ESTIMATED timeline as the keyword is ESTIMATED. If VJ members do not update their timeline, they processing dates will change. The processing times are SOLELY based on VJ members updating their timelines CORRECTLY and ALL THE TIME which is obvious they don't do. It is NOT based on actual USCIS processing dates and timeframes.

You should only use VJ processing times as a "guide" not factual concrete data.

If you keep relying solely on VJ processing times you'll drive yourself even more crazy than this whole process can make a person.

RELAX!!!

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

I totally understand how you feel because I'm in the same boat as you but you have to try and find patience. The K1 visa part is the easier wait compare the 2nd step which is applying for the Green Card which the wait is even longer.

Use this waiting experience as a practice.

Hello group, I just called USCIS... they said the CA service center is still reviewing cases from February...  and the processing website will be updated on the 15... so we have to wait 3 more days to see if they are reviewing either April or March cases... they said they can't guarantee  an specific time-frame of when may cases will be processed... so I'm guessing we will easily have another month or so of waiting...

They dont have a clue what they are talking about there. If you call uscis they people that we talk to look at same screen as us. From the forums i noticed most of the people getting NOA 2s are end of april.
