" Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between September 30, 2017 and October 5, 2017*. "
I remember when I started the timeline in May and it said " 20th August". Happy times. :dancing:

Is that sarcasm? LOL

On a brighter note THREE approvals today so far for Aprilites NOA 1's were 21, 25 and 26th of April.

I can SMELL May it's so near.

https://www.police.gov.sg/e-services/apply/certificate-of-clearance there are probably other methods but my friend google pointed me here.

Thanks so much, I want her to get on that immediately so there will not be any delays. It says it only take about 5 days once received. Thanks again and God Bless! Keep the faith!

Question for my VJ pals, My fiancee is from the Philippines, she worked aboard in Singapore for 2 years. In February when I visited her and proposed to her, she accepted , we got engaged. I told her since you are going to be my wife I want you to stay here in the Philippines and enjoy time with your family until our visa is approved and you come to the USA. and I will support you and take care of all your needs. She was over joyed. She went back to Singapore, gave her employer a one month notice so they could replace her, they were happy for her and agreed. She returned to Philippines after the one month and the rest is history. Now my question, She needs an NBI from Singapore since she lived there for over 6 months. Does anyone know how to get the NBI from Singapore since she is now living back in the Philippines. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks to all, and keep the faith! Our time is coming soon.

My fiance worked in Taiwan for 1.5 yrs, will she need a NBI from there also?

My lawyer never put that on the list, just the nbi from the Philippines

No, it isn't. I was happy believing that this whole process wouldn't take more that 4-5 months!! But taking into account the actual situation, I was absolutely wrong haha.

Only 1 NON-expedite K-1 as of yesterday but seems like that might be a K-3 so no, not not any regular May approvals yet.

Plenty of March winers and Aprilites who deserve to be approved FIRST.

I agree they should be first. My thing is why is it taking so long right now? I really thought may filers would be posting NOA 2s. After getting a call back from uscis today they said May wont start for 2 to 3 months. Which i asked them how the know and she said we just guess. Having a hard time with all this right now. I wish some where we good get info about where we are thats closer to right. Sorry to complain just having really bad day.

That is what we thought 4 to 5 how wrong we was. I am still hoping mid october to have NOA2 and the NVC is really 10 days. If true i figure 30 to 40 days to the end. We are looking at doing CFO sooner so be one less step.

Dont worry about complaining i feel the same. Tired of visa stuff and looking to my visa timeline. To be honest I still have a job here and I have other stuff to focus on until I go definitely to the US. My advice is to worry less and have other stuff in mind. At least it is what I'm trying! Nice job if you can do things in advance although don't get obsessed. At the end we will stay there with our beloved ones!

Yes she will...any time spent out of Philippines working for more than 6 months will require NBI from that country.
