There are instructions on the packet. Also I was in such a rush I didnt include passport style photos 😪. But be sure to have you statement of intent, photos, proof of visits, ID, proof of citizenship (birth certificate), prior divorce records, if needed, Bio form for you and fiance, and the top form if you wanted to be informed by text or email, I think its the G-1135 form. I hopes that's everything.

This is what we included in our k1 packet

1. Check payment 535$

2. G-1145

3. Cover letter

4. I-129f

5. Declaration of Meeting Item #54

6.G 325a & passport photo (petitioner)

7. G 325a & passport photo (beneficiary)

8. Passport/ Birth Certificate

9.Letter intent to marry (petitioner & beneficiary)

10. Divorce Decree

11. Proof of meeting

(Airline ticket, boarding pass, passport stamp, hotel receipt, photos together)

12. Proof of ongoing relationship

(Emails, chat logs, letters/card, phone calls, etc)

Nope, don't include in your packet. Affidavit of support is only needed during embassy interview.

You need to have passport photos on g325a for both of you.

Hi, I am a May filer too. Mine was sent out on May 6, they received it on May 10. Got the NOA1 on May 16th! Yahoo.!! Goodluck to all of us! Does this usually takes 3 months to get a NOA2? anyhow, waiting game begins.

hey everyone! we're joining in late but this is our thread! after a huuuuge delay getting ready to mail the k1 package, checking and rechecking and rerererechecking every form as if we wanted to get an OCD award, we did it! (man was it stressful). We sent the package to Dani's mom in the US (we're both currently in Argentina), she finished the assembly adding a couple photos, then sent it to the Dallas lockbox the first week of May and they received it on May 9. thankfully our NOA1 was FAST (dated May 11), we received the notice email (form g-1145) next day and she received the standard mail NOA yesterday, telling us we got the California Service Center!!! We're so excited... and very grateful to this community that has been an invaluable resource in preparing everything. Good luck and all the best to you guys, all the may filers already on this thread and the ones to come in yet :)

Most of the December and January filers haven't received their NOA2 yet...Gah, waiting sucks!

10/27/2017 NOA2 (Notice Date in the hardcopy)

10/30/2017 NOA2 on USCISAPP/E-mail

12/08/2017 - Reached 6 weeks without any notice from NVC. Time to send the NOA2 copy to NVC and figure out what's going on.

12/18/2017 - NVC receives our case and assigns a number

12/21/2017 - Case headed to Spain Embassy in Madrid

01/02/2018 -  Spain Embassy received our 129f packet

01/08/2018 - Packet READY at Embassy - Received Packet 3

05/18/2018 - 4 months waiting to collect all documents... and then, documents sent to the Embassy.

05/30/2018 - Packet 4 received and interview scheduled.

06/13/2018 - Interview at the Embassy // Approved!
06/19/2018 - Visa Received :)
08/10/2018 - POE Chicago

10/16/2018 - Wedding

 

AoS JOURNEY!

01/07/2019 - AoS, EaD and AP package sent

01/11/2019 - NoA1

Ours was received may 15th and we still have NO NOA1?!?! Is this a bad sign?!?!? Shall we just wait? No email or text! Grrrr.. can I ring and check if we have our NOA1 and just havnt had an email or text? - he's on a military base and is having everything sent to his moms so it will take longer

I sent by FedEx and sent personal check. Did you send by USPS ? If you don't get email/text or hard copy by the end of next week, then it might be a problem.

We also sent it by FedEx and sent a cashiers check.. no idea why we havnt received it. Just our luck.

Its very normal.. calm down lol we took more than a week to get noa1 after they received our package. Theres no reason to think theres smth wrong with it so far
