Thanks so much for this - in that case I will apply for my police certificate this week. I like being prepared and I don't want anything I'm doing to slow this down, USCIS are already moving like a tortoise

Sorry to butt 🙈 for k1 visa purposes the UK police cert is only valid for 6 months not a year. Ive got mine already and just found this out and mines nearly 4.5 months old so I only have 1.5 months to get my interview and medical out the way or I'll have to pay for another one

Hi, May-filers! Some might find it useful - I made some screenshots of the search in my app last night. And got blocked for 48-72 hours)))

Ok I need help. I was looking over our paper since i planed on a NOA 2 next 2 weeks i noticed on G 325A the very bottom we forgot to print names. Will this cause a rfe? It is signed and dated.

Morning, I think it's a mistake u was not supposed to do,but if u signed it and date it ,I think they will understand . And I hope u send both ,one for u and the other one for ur fiancee. Uscis don't send rfe two times I think ,I got faith u will be good

Hi JrJonesy4 - Please do butt in - it's all valuable input.

Where did you get the 6 month validity info from? I don't think 6 or 12 months will affect me, but I got the 12-month validity from the London US Embassy K visa checklist https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/fiancee-2/required-documents/

I'd be interested to know if there is conflicting information , or if I'm simply getting confused!

How the heck does 1 person get approved on may 10th ahead everyone??

I think you mean me. Just got lucky I guess. My Noa1 took longer than anyone I’ve seen here. Your turn will come too. Be positive😊. Good vibes will bring positivity.

Just wondering I've seen on the fracker screenshots above that cases were rejected due to old outdated form being sent.

Our NOA1 was 24th May. We used the older I129f form (the one where you still need to submit G325a alongside) that was valid up to 30th June 17 I believe. Will we be alright or will our case get rejected ?

Worrying now

I think you would've been rejected by now for old forms. If you look at the tracker, rejections for old forms are done within 'days' of the receipt of your application - that is when they enter/scan the applications into the system at the Dallas Lockbox and it generates the WAC numbers.

You're about 3 weeks ahead of us. If I can keep you calm now, please promise me that you'll keep me calm when our time comes too ;)
