No final scan from @Shoegum. This is unusual. Oh well, past time for bed.

Yeah same with my fiance the only way i can help her is for her to not think about it anymore cause we planned a lot for the holidays. As far as being expedited, only if I'm on orders to deploy that they can push to expedite mine. But as far as my Congress rep told me she's gonna try to do something. Were at 165 days and I'm just getting impatient cause all the the cases around mine are getting progress.

How is it that you get help from congress rep ? I don’t get that part.. same here I feel like there just skipping around my number 😕

It's so random but I have Congress rep on Facebook. I got desperate for help that i randomly messaged her for immigrating assistance and she's very pro military so she offered to inquire for me. I really hope ill hear something from anywhere next week. I hope the best for you and yours. I've been trying to get my fiance to the United States for a long time

My gosh why after that big surge is it now going so so so very slowly 😩.

I'm checking every day and me and my fiancé are missing each other more and more. I know eventually we will get the NOA2 come through but the waiting is unbearable. Not to mention I have no more leave days from work left for the year now so I can't go over to the US to visit for a week or so in the meantime 😰

Sorry to be be less than positive but it gets hard waiting and waiting

Well not sure what went on Tuesday with so many cases popping up approved but the week certainly dropped off.

Here's to another weekend and roll on Monday to which I hope is a busy approval week.

It's so close now for most of us I can taste it lol

Thanks for sharing your experience! That interview seemed really easy, I'm so glad to hear it!

They didn't ask for a police certificate on interview day? I've seen a lot of people say that's needed

Yes , they  did ask for the police records,  some took  municipal, some state, and in our case we took federal.

Was there any other charges ? Or just those two?

And these forms you took (D-160 and I-34) could they be found on the USCIS website ? Or the instructions come once the NOA2 is received ?

No just the medical exam, and vaccines ( optional , you can get those in the USA, but we decided to get them to ease the adjustment of status process)

DS-160 you can start filling our once you get the NVC approval , you have to create an account with your case number sent by NVC , here’s the link one you have it https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/

I-134 you can find on the USCiS website ( affidavit support )
