I think it also depends on what you wrote on your i-129F regarding how you met.  if you wrote met through a mutual friend on Whats app then probably will be safe. If wrote met in a whats app group then they may want a written letter from you stating group is not part of a IMB or something i guess.

My fiance wrote down that we met in a public room on Paltalk. If what u just said is true, maybe we could get the rfe 😔

yeah weird how we can't delete a post. All we can do is edit up to 5-10 minutes after you post. 

It won't allow you to edit to remove everything so some people just leave a period (.)

A friend told me they got it. But it was like 4 years ago (if I remember correctly) so I'm all fingers crossed 🤞 

 

i have so so many possible rfes depending on who handles my case (passport bio page to fb tos) 

 

PS: I'm September filer btw, so nowhere near at the level of frustration you guys must have by now

Try not to worry. These people are handling so many cases I'm hoping they know so many of these sites by now. Online friendship and relationships are common now more than before hence the pages and apps too are more known!

Keep your head up. I think many of us are feed up but know the day is coming. I am trying to guess a date to book flight back but also dont want to book it and find out she can be here before i leave.

It really depends on the adjudicator. We were expecting an RFE since we forgot to put the TOS of the website we met in our packet and we are blessed to receive our NOA2 without an RFE.

I worry about a rfe because fiance typed date on letter of intent and signed it but did not write date.
