There is a confirmation page after you submit the DS-160 that needs to be brought to the interview. It has a bar code on it.

@K1VisaApplicant05 The DS-160 does not need the NVC number just the WAC number.

@Julie and Kerren There is no fee charged to fill out and submit the DS-160 but there is obviously a visa application fee which is paid separately prior to interview.

Payment process varies based upon the US Embassy.

Hope this helps.

Happy Sunday is it Tuesday yet? LOL

Thank you!!!  Great advice and we appreciate that! Yes, first time I didn't want a long weekend!  Hurry up Tuesday!

Tough is a typical Sat & Sun, HELL is these long federal holiday weekends. Least this is the last one till I believe Nov 10th and only 3 more left this year. I also believe based on this forum and others I'm apart for for this process that it is partly luck and country you're from that drag the process out. I'm really hoping I'm approved with no issues between 150-160 due to having to give notice at my job I may not make Xmas at this rate :( daaammmnnn yoouuuu lucckkkk

Until then I am with you on these holidays... I am ready to roll out the red carpet, get a fanfare going and start welcoming all USCIS back to work tomorrow!!!

Yes I totally have this feeling too.

What makes time drag more is that my husband to be left on Monday 2nd October  to go home (he was here on a 2 week visit with me in the UK) and now I'm wanting to get to the US and be with him sooner because I'm missing him
