Average for now seems to be 150-160 days

You have 168 days from your NOA 1 to end of this month so you should be fine.

Thanks for replying me :)

I'm filling it cause I feel safer than just letting my fiance do it lol he is a bit busy this week as well.

1) Do we, beneficiaries, have an A-number?

2) on box 38 for part 3, do we have to check I intend? That's what I would do lol but then what do we need to specify for support contributions? i wrote: Filing I-129F (K1) for my fiancee. I will finacially contribute with any kind of support she needs in the United states.

is that ok?

3) 26 part 3, are they asking if he filed for someone else before or we should simply write my name there? As our k1 case. If yes, date of filing would be our USCIS received date??

thanks so much! :)

Okay so I just pulled up the form so I can follow and answer your questions correctly (I haven't looked at my for awhile now since I'm still waiting on our NOA2 :))

1) The "A-number" is an Alien ID# that a beneficiary has or was given if they previously had a green card. I would assume you don't have one so you can put "NONE" or "N/A", as this doesn't apply to you. It's the same thing the US petitioner did when filling this part out on the I-129F.

2) This question has always tripped up a lot of people but you should check off "No" because you are not making specific contributions as the beneficiary will be solely dependent on the USC until he/she is able to work. That is why underneath they say if you "intend" to do so, to indicate the exact nature of what and how much. Considering you are filing for a K1 fiancé visa, you are contributing 100%. Now, if you are using a co-sponsor, they have to fill this form out separately and that is when they would check off yes they do intend and to stipulate what and how much. I hope I made sense of this question for you. I still get confused myself at times. ;)

3) This form is about the USC petitioner so the USC needs to put the name of the beneficiary and relationship which would be fiancé. You can use the received date.

I haven't gotten my NOA2 yet so I guess that I wouldn't no much about yet.

@AnaMolina....if you have the NOA2, if they provided you an A-number, that would be it.

Just checked the hard copy of ours and it's listed in the beneficiary box that has your name also. Starts with an A followed by 9 digits :)

Thanks!

about question 2, I have read a lot of stuff.. I'm scared of checking any of the options lol read people saying here on VJ that was denied by checking no? So I don't know. I've seen a template here that it says to check yes and write on explnations "N/A K1 visa"

so I don't know.

Maybe someone who has already done this and got approved would be able to clarify this for us lol @Estibaliz the expert maybe! Hahahaa

@Trinab80 thanks so much for your answer and I hope you get your NOA2 soon!!
