I just called USCIS on the military hotline and the lady on the phone told me that my case is in normal processing times, which i asked what is the normal processing times? She could not give an answer to that.
She said that they are still processing March 1 2017 cases and May is nearby, which is 2 months apart. I don't see that being close at all.

But I do see the forums where May filers are getting approved so  I'm not losing hope, my NOA1 is May 8
I just wanted to know what number do you call or who to contact when your cases hasn't been approved by 140-150 days? I see alot of over 150+ days now which is building alot of stress, i know I'm not alone waiting for the NOA2  but this is really frustrating.

My NOA1 is May 9th. It’s really stressful. It’s been months now :(

The interviewer told my fiancee, that when get visa "come back and shell get her stamp"

I told my fiancee thats not correct

Im waiting to get pics of what was written on the paper, im hoping theres a reason written on it

3 times?? Thats 18 hrs of travel time and wasted money

My fiancee also said she was given an email for cfo

I sent more than enough paperwork, and pics

This is crazy

I believe that is exactly how it works. You attend the seminar, have the one one one session, get the paper and then when you get your visa go back and get the sticker in the passport or get it at NAIA by showing the document that CFO gave.

According to IGOR's list there were actually THREE approvals for today 9/27 all for month of MAY

Actually FOUR approvals if you count the person who put there timeline in TWICE

Fully appears that May filers will finally start receiving E-Notices and truly begin showing progress in 5 more days.

However, Congratulations to all  the April filers who are in May I-129F forum, allowing us to know May will finally start receiving Noa2's soon!

I think it’s because Igors list goes by NOA1 date and Shoegum’s data is by received date

Therefore Igors list might include a May NOA1 but an April received date?

If you go by USCIS. They are still processing April case files.

Neither shoegum or Igor's list show any May approved cases with the exception of a couple expedited cases.

Re-sort Igor's list and you will find files being processed closest to USCIS'S case processing.

Shoegum is supplying cases by current USCIS processing results.

Hopefully that will clear the fog of confusion with processing times and those being approved.

If you keep Igor's list populating Noa1 dates. Your will find April filers mixed in with May filers. So when someone with a Noa1 date is May 11th And another next is May 11th but the RFE or Approval is months apart. People get emotional.

:time:

And sort accordingly.

My timeline is up to date.

Is your response directed to me? I’m aware April received dates are being processed

Nope. General statement. piggy backed to your response.

Don't feel singled out. You happen to be the original poster in this case.
