Yeah I was actually trying to edit my timeline but it seems there’s a downtime happening right now..I dunno why the date appeared on the RFE tab lol! Anyways thanks!

Hi, your timeline appears Twice on IGOR's list.

This give the appearance of 2 approved cases.

Hi, I understand that you used the old form I-129F. If they were to reject it they would have already.

So they will have no problem with the older I-129F. The big question is did you send in the G-325a's for you and your fiancee along with the old I-129F?

If not then you would likely get an RFE to submit those forms.

I did ! .. that makes me feel a little bit better

When do they get this?

After completing class, then return for stamp?

Or is this part of stamp

My fiancee did not get this after class, only receipt

Note this only relates to the Philippines. CFO's job it to protect its citizens or at least give them an idea of their rights when immigrating.

The people giving the one on one counseling have been known to try to put the fear of God into some of these girls.

If they detect any weakness or timidness in them or any signs of doubts about their partner they will often refuse to give the certificate after the first seminar.

The good news is that I'm not aware of any case where CFO has permanently DENIED the issuance of the certificate and subsequent sticker but many

have been required to go back and take the course a second time or at least be interviewed/counseled a 2nd or even 3rd time.

Bottom line is the ladies need to be firm in their convictions and show confidence in their relationship with the foreigner.

Thinks with CFO have actually gotten better in this regard as years ago it was run by a bunch of Catholic Nuns who were extremely strict.

I just googled CFO Nuns and wouldn't you know there is already a thread about it here.

Those at least 21 but below 25 years of age are required to obtain parent's advice to the marriage. http://www.quezoncity.gov.ph/images/stories/downloadables/forms/parentadvice.pdf

Persons 25 years and above, need not get either of the two abovementioned forms

This is required from CFO.

This for the Philippines? First i seen or heard of it. I know serveral that never had it.

I told my fiancee thats not correct

Im waiting to get pics of what was written on the paper, im hoping theres a reason written on it

Yes Phillipines only. Its like everything you do in the Philippines, rules are different for everyone. Such a frustrating country. So if there is a chance that it can be asked for it's best you have it.
