My fiancee is telling me, that the cfo lady said, when we get the visa stamp, she can go back to cfo and get the certificate and cfo stamp, and she wont have to take the class again

Is there any way i can contact the cfo to find out whats going on?

With me asking questions and my fiancee getting somewhat confused and freaking out cause she didnt have the certificate i kept asking about, i am at a loss as to what to do now

I dont believe the paperwork she got will result in just showing up for stamp and done

It's kind of confusing because that is not standard procedures for CFO so the lady at CFO is not knowledgeable or she is following some new procedure which I have not heard of. No you cannot call CFO. Have her go back and inquire why she was told that information as in the past, if she didn't have her visa in her passport and the passport at the seminar then she would get the certificate that she passed and she could return to any CFO office (Manila, Cebu, Clark and NAIA) to have her CFO sticker affixed to her passport.

If you can display the document take a screenshot if it's on your computer or on your mobile. Upload that pix. If you take a photo go into your phone settings for your camera and dial down the exposure for a small pix.

The number make no sense to me. My NOA 2 date is may 16th

I wish it speed up

Guys keep in mind, that case numbers are assigned as the applications are being entered in their system.  one number after yours could be different type of VISA such as spouse visa or any other visa applications they get.  Most all types of visas going to CSC get same sequence of case numbers they don't use different numbers by types of visas. When i was running the scan i filtered it to only record the K1 (I-129F) application cases and ignore the rests type of applications.

At the following link are all the K1 one cases only for May.

No they reject the form soon as its received at the lockbox where you mail it. Since you got your NOA 1 and they cashed your checked you should be fine.
