There is nothing to be scared ,do as much inquiry you can even reach out to local senator .This is the only way to get their attention.

Still waiting as well - Day 152. Maybe Canada went in the slow pile? :(

It's hard but chin up. One day at a time. Who knows it could be anytime.

I got frustrated for me but seeing someone submitted at earlier dates and not getting anything tells me to keep my head up. Our days are coming!!!

I got my senator to do an inquiry at 140 days no questions asked. They won't ignore your inquiry. It is your best bet to shake something loose. It also takes them about a week or more to get you the forms for information release to be able to inquire anyway. Ask now by the time you get done setting up the inquiry if you haven't gotten NOA2 it will be 6 months.

I am so sorry you haven't heard anything yet!!! I was following your thread on the April forum and was hoping you had something by now :(

I know it's really difficult, but I definitely think trying another call and some congressional support is the way forward. We haven't called as yet so not had any personal dealings, but based on reading other threads, seems more often than not it's down to who you speak to for sure - but after nearly 5.5 months for you guys perhaps you will get a more understanding person on the end of the line! At least who can try to tell you something, anything!!

I just called USCIS on the military hotline and the lady on the phone told me that my case is in normal processing times, which i asked what is the normal processing times? She could not give an answer to that.
She said that they are still processing March 1 2017 cases and May is nearby, which is 2 months apart. I don't see that being close at all.

But I do see the forums where May filers are getting approved so  I'm not losing hope, my NOA1 is May 8
I just wanted to know what number do you call or who to contact when your cases hasn't been approved by 140-150 days? I see alot of over 150+ days now which is building alot of stress, i know I'm not alone waiting for the NOA2  but this is really frustrating.

Do you think my case would be rejected for wrong form?
I just realized that the form i used for the I129F was the 12/23/16 N on the bottom left corner of the forms and a new type of form came out on april. it does say on the top right Expires 08/31/2018
I submitted it on May and got NOA1 on May 8. I hope we didn't wait this long for rejection of form.
