Well VJ's timeline was actually correct in my case. I checked it and it shows "Case will be adjudicated between July 28 - August 4". We got our case approved by USCIS August 3, 2017.

It took 126 days from March 30 as received date. There were even april filers who got approved first before my case was approved. Now, my dilemma is the packet 3. I hope it will be forwarded to my jowa within this month.

I'm 133 days here. I'm already at peace with her not coming in December. She probably won't be adjudicated until at the end of September to mid October, that's if I don't get an RFE. So I'm hoping for a February arrival. She's Russian and I heard they are cutting the Moscow staff more so that will probably delay the process more.

Yes, filed May 1st,  It's been 4 months now, and other than getting the letter in the mail, thats it.  Due to excitement, I follow closely the dates on the USCIS site.  It says Traditionally, it takes about 150 days.  Less than a month left and that will have passed.  The California site, only gets updated like twice a month, but it seems to be stuck.  For K1, it says Working on Feb 1, 2017 cases.  Yikes!  4 months ago it was Feb 1, then Feb 15, then JAN 1, then back to Feb 1 in a 4 month period.  Was hoping for a wedding before Christmas, but now it may not be until Easter until they get around to processing the May 1 cases.  Very disheartening to say the least.

Sometimes its no what you say. But how you say it. I can see how "when it happens it happens." could be seen as abrasive. Even if not intentional. 

 

People are already tender and ultra sensitive over this process. 

If you wana see a group of cute cuddly bright eyed creatures jump on you with teeth and claws? Come to VJ forums and try poking around with a stick or mention extra time and delays.  lol

I agree, I apologized to the poster that it was directed towards, and stated that it wasnt my intentions.. They understood my intentions, But others in the group kept fanning the flames.. imho.
