Hi everyone!

My I-129F was received on May 22nd, and I received my first NOA by text on May 24th. I received the letter about a week after that.

The processing times for the California Service Center have not been updated since April. I am hoping to get my NOA2 soon!

Blessings to everyone on your journeys!

How often is the scan being run for May? I just checked it, but I think it hasn't been updated in a week or so. Just curious if we can see on the scan what the RFE was for for the couple with a May 18 NOA1 date. I just searched my own NOA1 date in the excel and saw that there's 340 other couples with the same NOA1 date as me. Really crazy to think about how many of us are out there.

USCIS case tracker shows RFE'S mostly right now, not Approvals except for a very few exceptions. In any case, they never provide information on what the RFE is about, the petitioner has to wait for the hardcopy to arrive in the mail to know.

They are currently working in March cases. Sure enough May one was an expedited one.

Anybody here whose benificiary is from the Philippines and got their NOA1? Does it show your benificiary's middle name (mother's maiden name)???

Im pretty sure we wrote it on the forms. But when we got our NOA1 from the mail, it doesnt show her middle name (mother's maiden name)

I just checked my NOA1...no middle name. Don't worry. You're ok.
