I sent my application 2 days ago. I included a g-1145. Also, on the I-129F I just noticed that I forgot to put an end date on the fiancée's current employment history. I was suppose to put "present" but I forgot. Will it get rejected now?

To get your NOA1 normally you have to wait between 1 to 2 weeks to get the letter. You won't get rejected for forgetting something like that on your application but I think you could get an RFE which means that you would need to fix it (I don't think that for such a thing they would even send the entire package back).

More than 4 weeks is odd, according to this forum ;)

The first "RFE" you get isn't an actual RFE sent by an adjuster. There's a quick check to make sure you have all information in order, no missed signatures, and so forth. They'll ask that you send it in. Once you have that fixed up, it will be another 5 or so months (hopefully) before you hear back on whether there's going to be another RFE or if you're on to stage 2.... or denied... but we don't talk about that here.

For example, we sent in the info and got the NOA1 a couple weeks later. A few weeks after that we got a notice that we had forgotten a signature. They sent back ALL of our information in a neat package so that we could fix it. After fixing the form and sending it in again, 5 months after that, we got sent an RFE for evidence pertaining to having met.

EDIT Note: They sent back the fee in full as well (money order not cashed) when we got the first issue with the signature missing. I suppose it gives you time to make sure everything's in order or even change your mind.

I sent them a signed g-325a from her with her current employement on it and it has the end date to present. Is that enough evidence?

Maybe, maybe not. I think the first stage is just making sure the forms are filled out. They may return the package to you to fix it anyway. Guess you'll just have to wait and see... either way it will only delay things a few weeks to a month, if that if they send it all back. This is still the "lockbox" stage.

When did you send in your I-129F or more importantly which version of the form did you use?

The newest form does NOT require the G-325A.

The only signature that is needed is the petitioner's on the I-129F.

https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/i-129f.pdf

As far a end date. The form if filled out on-line version will only allow you to put NUMBERS in the PDF.

You can get around this part by printing it out and hand writing in "Present".

If you leave it blank they will likely figure that she is still working.

I would not stress about that

Again which date version of the form did you use?
