I'm sure he has his reasons to act like that. But you can't force him to talk to you if he doesn't want to.People change, feelings can change.

 

You said in one of your previous posts that you want to study in the US. Maybe be realized that you only want to move to the US for studying but not to live with him.

I dont want to come usa. Yar understand plz i need only him. I dont want to come usa at all after u people what r telling me. I just need him. But he is not replying me. He engaged here. And make my family and me undertrust . I dont want to go usa. If he is talking to me or replying me. But he cutoff relation suddenly  so i cant be control nyself to see him. I cant do anything  i know usa will always doubt me but i dont care about immigration. I just need my love. He is my life. I want only him. Why u people are so judgemental!!!! U cant understand emotions!!!!! And  involved here with us  closely. I dont know about red or green flage. I just know my love is there he promised here and love me more than anyone and now he is changed!!! Why!!!!!!!

You say you just want to see him. That's obviously not true because you want a student visa now, so definitely suspicious.

Well, you can't change his mind or his decision. If he decided that he doesn't want to talk to or live with you anymore for whatever reason then you have to accept it. Sure the way he acts is not nice at all but if that's what he decided then you cannot change it.

How can i see him without  visa!!!!!! I can spend atleast some time to see him in usa . Thats why i want to come there for study. So i have some chance to spend some time to him. I know one reason of our relation is not suffering from distance. So we will atleast get some time to give each other. And meanwhile i can get educated myself. I need to se him. If it is  i want immigration i can go other counties where chances are strong why should  i go usa to get red flages! I know usa rules and strick norms. Bit still i m willing that is only reason to see him. I dont have anyother option now rather than student visa.

The COs do not know if you are a.good person or a bad person - they need to look at the data available to them and make a decision regarding a visa.

 

First, you want to come to the US to see him, but he doesn't want you here? That sounds greedy/selfish. Second, if that's your reason for coming to the US then trying to do so on a student visa is fraud. You would need a tourist visa to enter the US for the purpose of visiting somebody. You have an extremely slim chance of getting this given your circumstances.

 

You need to work this out with him abroad and/or move on. This is not an immigration issue.

A student visa has the purpose that you can study in the US. There is NO OTHER PURPOSE than studying.

As if I'm not mistaken you also need to find an university first who would accept you as an international student. And then you can apply for a student visa. Please correct me if I am wrong.

The purpose of a student visa is to study in the US. Your intent here is clearly to see him. That is not permitted. It's one thing to visit people while studying here. It's a very different thing to come to the US to meet your ex/boyfriend and also study if needed. The chances of a CO issuing a student visa in your circumstances is near zero. I know you don't like that answer, but that's what it is and you will need to accept.

 

You're emotional and distraught over the relationship. You want to see him. I think we all get that. But this is something for you to work out and/or move on...not something to get immigration involved in.

Maybe he figured out that you were only looking for a way to get to the USA. Most people would be looking to save their relationship not apply for another visa to get here.
